  • Palace Theatre, Westcliff-on-Sea, section: Stalls, row: J, seat: 15
    UK Pink Floyd Experience
Great view, plenty of legroom and excellent sound. End of aisle seat.
  • Eventim Apollo, section: Circle Block 6, row: L, seat: 1
    Phil Lynott Enigma
Good legroom and comfortable seat, however the speaker to the left gets in the way of the backdrop.
  • Richmond Theatre, section: Stalls, row: Q, seat: 1
    Merton and Webster Improv
Great view, could see everything except the very top of the backdrop. Excellent legroom, the seat is end of aisle next to the wall so plenty of space for coats & bags. Comfortable seat too.
  • The London Palladium, section: Stalls, row: I, seat: 1
Elio Pace tour: The Billy Joel Songbook
Good view apart from to the very right, I didn't see the keyboard player at all. Legroom is OK, my knees were right up against the seat in front of me but it is on the aisle so you just have to sit to the side a bit. A good seat for £30!
  • Cliffs Pavilion, section: Stalls, row: L, seat: 25
10CC tour: Another Bloody Greatest Hits Tour
Good view, aisle seat with plenty of legroom. Seat got a bit uncomfortable after a while, needs re-padding. Sound wasn't all that but it was the fault of the mixing desk rather than the venue.
  • Theatre Royal Haymarket, section: Upper Circle, row: F, seat: 25
The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry
The only part of the stage you can't see is at the front to the left but I don't think I missed much. End seat in a row of 3 so there's lots of room for bag, coat etc and the legroom is fine too. Rows are steeply raked so no problems with tall people in front. A £15 bargain seat!

  • Sondheim Theatre, West End, section: Grand Circle, row: A, seat: 1
    Les Miserables
The only saving grace of this seat is that it was cheap and the sound is good. On the ticket it says not suitable for anyone under 5ft 2ins and you can see why. I'm much taller than that and couldn't see anything without having to lean forward onto the barrier (which fortunately is padded). There is also a lighting rig to the right which completely obscure the balcony scene. There is very little legroom, as it is an aisle seat you can sit to the side but it is not comfortable, I got pins & needles in my legs. Avoid if you can.
  • ABBA Arena, section: K, row: M, seat: 31
    Abba tour: ABBA Voyage
Good view to the side, aisle seat with plenty of legroom. Sound was good too. Got a cheap seat as I booked well in advance.
  • Towngate Theatre, section: Stalls, row: E, seat: 1
ELO Again tour: Back to the Blue
Great view, you can see all of the stage. End of aisle seat with adequate legroom, seat is comfortable. Better sound than at the front.
  • Cadogan Hall, section: Stalls, row: P, seat: 24
    Classic Rock Show tour: 2026
End of aisle seat, plenty of legroom. Good view if there is no-one tall in front of you. Sound is excellent. Seat is well padded & comfortable. Just be aware that you will have to keep getting up for others in the row as this is the only way into and out of the row.
  • Queen's Theatre, Hornchurch, section: Front stalls, row: D, seat: 1
    History of Rock
Great seat, could see all of the stage. Plenty of legroom and a comfy, padded seat. End of aisle and near to the exit doors.
  • Apollo Theatre, section: Balcony, row: D, seat: 5
    Christmas Carol Goes Wrong
Good view, you are very high up but can see everything on the stage. Great legroom and seat is comfortable. Minus point is that you have to enter from the other end of the row, there are stairs to your right but they are blocked off for some reason. Steps are steep but there are handrails. Also be aware that there are a lot of steps from the entrance up to the balcony,it's good exercise!

  • Gillian Lynne Theatre, section: Circle, row: G, seat: 25
Go Your Own Way Fleetwood Mac Tribute
Great view, end of aisle seat so there is plenty of legroom. Comfortable, tall backed seat. Just be aware that as the seat is on the end of the aisle you'll have to keep getting up to let people get to their seats as the other exit to the row is right over the other side, I lost count how many times I had to do so.
  • Shaftesbury Theatre, section: Grand Circle, row: H, seat: 25
    Just For One Day
This seat is in the 2nd row from the back of the Grand Circle, it is very high up so not for those with a fear of heights. End of aisle seat with adequate legroom & seat width, also seats are steeply raked so view is not a problem. Could see all the stage, only restricted view is text at the very top of the backdrop but I didn't find this a particular problem. Good value seat for the price.
  • Eventim Apollo, section: Circle Block 8, row: D, seat: 54
Saxon tour: Hell, Fire & Steel Tour
Great view of all the stage, comfortable seat with adequate legroom and is on the end of the aisle.
  • The London Palladium, section: Royal Circle, row: B, seat: 34
Level 42 tour: World Machine 40th Anniversary
Excellent seat, great view and a decent amount of legroom.
  • Apollo Theatre, section: Grand Circle, row: F, seat: 7
    Punch
This is an aisle seat in the back row. Plenty of legroom and space at the side for your bag & coat. Sold as restricted view, couldn't see the very right of the stage at the front but this wasn't a problem for this show. Seats are raked but I had a very tall person in front so they blocked my view a bit. Seat was fairly comfortable but there is a metal seat side which felt its presence by the end of the show, not the widest of seats.
  • Towngate Theatre, section: Stalls, row: B, seat: 20
    A Tribute to the Carpenters
Aisle seat with lots of legroom as there is no seat in front of you. Decent view of the stage but I couldn't see the drummer as the piano was in the way. Fairly comfy seat but the length of the seat is short. Sound was not that great, there is a large speaker next to where I sat which was very bassy, I could feel the vibration from it during the performance-glad I always take earplugs to concerts.
  • Martineau Hall, section: Stalls, row: J, seat: 16
    Robbie Cummings Canal Boat Stories
End of aisle seat, lots of legroom and comfortable to sit on. Seats are well raked so you can see the stage regardless of tall people in front of you.
  • The London Palladium, section: Stalls, row: M, seat: 32
Al Stewart tour: The Farewell Tour
Very good view, I could see all of the stage. Decent legroom, seat is well padded and comfortable. Aisle seat.
