The view and sound were excellent. The suites don't use numbered seats, just about 15 total in three rows: two rows of leather seats up front and a back row with high-back chairs. Private entrance, private parking, and even an ice machine in the suite. Not a bad way to watch a show.
View was severely blocked by railing and wheel chair seats. Obstructed view was not disclosed on tickets. The worst concert experience ever. We left early.

Generally, this is a really good view. People passing by on the stairs can block entrances, though. The seat is a hard plastic without padding.
