These might be the best seats in the house. Extra leg room. Above the walkway so you can always see the game. Under the overhang for shade.
Front row. Good view. A little extra leg room but no cup holders.

Nice view. Only one row in front of you (& then it's the dugout). In the middle of the row.

Behind the dugout and just at the end of the overhang. Can't see the left field corner but a nice view.
