Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York) - Great seat! Very comfortable, good about of leg room. Small theater (no mezzanine/balcony) so all the seats are great honestly.
Great seat! 2nd seat from the side aisle, maybe miss very small details with the props but nothing important. Small theater so all seats are generally great!
These seats online are listed as partial view because these are chairs that are in the walk way so anyone getting up from their seats could walk in front of you to head to the lobby. If you want a central view with amazing leg room this is the seat for you! It is ideal and at this performance no one got up during this performance so it was great!
I honestly don't think there's a bad seat in this theater. Unless you have someone super tall in front of you, there's no obstruction. Only thing I would advise is that the stairs are steep, and there are no landings coming out of the rows, you go straight onto the stairs. Row HH in all sections (visible in picture) is floor level, no stairs needed.
The only negatives to say is you're a little further away from the stage and not being on an aisle. If you don't mind that, its a great view of the stage!

Great seat. LOTS of leg room

Last row of the audience, but this is a pretty small theater so it was still a great view! Comfy and spacious seats.
Amazing view, comfortable seats, and very touching show with amazing numbers.
Great view, great sound, comfortable spacing though just a little tight on legroom for a leggy 5'9".

On the aisle, an amazing view!

Second time in the last row. No complaints, especially for a show like this
Last row, but great view. Didn't feel too far away. Not a bad seat in the house

I'm 5'10" and took the photo with the phone at eye level.

I'll echo what others have said about this venue - there really isn't a bad seat in the theatre!

I don't think there's a bad seat in the house, there's a great rake and the house is pretty small. Great view for this show!

Perfect seat. No obstructions and close for facial expressions. Comfortable with ample legroom.

On the aisle. Can see facial expressions. Slight obstructions but nothing major. Much closer in person
