Great view — immersive despite the distance. Legroom isn't terrible, and the rake is steep upstairs. Close enough to read faces comfortably. Narrow seats — beware of wide neighbors.
I was first in line for rush tickets and this is what I got. Incredible seat for $40! Very little action is lost on stage right.

not the greatest seat. at the same level as the seats in front so my view was obstructed by the woman in front of me even though she wasn't that tall. you have to duck around to see anything

It doesn't get better than this. View straight up the aisle. The very tall man in C1 wasn't even in my sightline. Can see every facial expression. Loved the show!
Very little complaints here. First row, on the far aisle for a (very) little extra legroom, and a clear sight with no obstructions. If you can sit here for a cheaper price, do it!
Excellent view in dead center of the theatre. I was initially concerned with the equipment mounted to the front of fhe mezzanine in the left corner of this photo but it did not obstruct the view for this show. My 4 star seat review is based solely on view. Please be aware this is absolutely no legroom in this row. I am 5'5” and my knees were against the ledge of the mezz. Seats are also very tight and your are right on top of the people next to you.

Unobstructed view, but leg room is awful. You are directly over the entrance to the lower mezz, meaning there is a wall in front of you. There is a railing that could cause sight issues if you are shorter.

Solid view.
Actually a good seat
Tight seats and a very narrow walkway in the mezzanine. The legroom wasn't great either.

Great seats for Schmigadoon!
Next to last row of theater. Not a bad seat for this show.

Great view. Lights block only the extreme front edge of stage; all action is visible. Very little leg room.
Fantastic seats with a clear view.
